MARIALUISA BARBON

Marialuisa Barbon graduated in violin at the Conservatoire of Vicenza in 1999. She then specialized her individual technique with Michele Lot, Massimo Belli, Giancarlo Nadai, Renato Zanettovich, Dejan Bogdanovich and the chamber music repertoire with Eugenio Bagnoli and Franco Rossi. In 2000 she entered the Accademia di Perfezionamento per Professori d’Orchestra del Teatro alla Scala and Progettorchestra, a course of orchestral technique held in Vicenza by Leon Spierer. She deepened the study of the baroque repertoire under the guidance of Stanley Ritchie, Lucy van Dael, Anne Schumann, Alfredo Bernardini, Claudio Astronio and in 2006 graduated with distinction in baroque violin with Giorgio Fava at the Conservatoire “A. Steffani” in Castelfranco Veneto.
She performs in prestigious halls and theatres in Italy and abroad with several ensembles as Sonatori della Gioiosa Marca, Venice Baroque Orchestra, Academia de li Musici e Athestis Chorus, Ensemble Cordia, Divino Sospiro (Lisbona), Gli Incogniti e Le Concert Français (France).
She graduated with distinction in Arts in 2002 and in Musicology in 2003 at the University “Ca’ Foscari” of Venice.
